The Interactive Templates provide you with a workflow and set of tools to create an interactive experience. By taking your games' assets (videos, images) you can quickly generate unlimited versions of your experience, with no code required.

Getting Started​

Video Tutorial​

Check out our tutorial video on how to get started with Interactive Templates, this example makes use of the Tap To Play template and takes you through the creative process from start to finish.

Step-by-step​​

  1. In your Creative Suite account, navigate to the app you wish to create your concept in (or add a new one with the + New App button).

  2. After clicking on your app of choice, select the + Concept button in the top right.

  3. This will bring up the Add Concept menu, from here select Interactive Templates and then hit continue.

  4. You will now be presented with a template gallery.

  5. Once you select the template you want to use, you can use the Asset Assistant to upload your assets or skip straight to the editor, by pressing “Skip to Editor”

  6. Once you are done editing your playable, you can click the Save button, and you will be taken back into the Creative Library.

Editing your Interactive Template Playable​

Once you have created your playable with Interactive Templates, you will be presented with a new concept in Creative Suite .

Within your concept, you can create numerous variations for your game. For more information about variations and using the editor, see here.

Each template comes with a number of general configurable fields and also fields that are highly relevant to the specific template you are using.

These fields allow you to fully customise the content, look and experience of your playable.

Playable Templates​

The templates provided in the template gallery provide a wide range of customisable fields which enable you to create unique and engaging playable experiences.

Full details of each template are outlined on the following pages:

  1. Tap to Reveal - A JPEG/APNG based template, which requires no video for its background. It offers up to six items which you can reveal/interact with as a user, with the possibility of adding a result screen at the end of your set number of interactions.

  2. Tap To Loop or Play - This template allows you to set up to 4 pauses that you can loop or pause with your interaction hint.

  3. Tap To Overlay - Similar to Tap to end card, an image or video sequence, which opens end care once tapped with an Apple-styled end card.

  4. Choices - The template allows you to presents up to three choices, each having an image and/or text.

  5. Tap To Play - Set a video with multiple play/pause moments for the user to interact with.

  6. Tap To End Card - Set a video sequence, which opens end card once tapped.

  7. Tap To Un-Loop - Set a short looped video intro, which plays after the user interaction.

  8. 1 Tap to Play - Set a video with one play/pause moment for the user to interact with.

  9. 2 Taps to Play - Set a video with two play/pause moments for the user to interact with.

  10. 3 Taps to Play - Set a video with three play/pause moments for the user to interact with.

  11. Add Object - A JPEG/APNG based template, it offers up to three items which you can click and reveal/add an object.

  12. Two Options - A JPEG/APNG based template, it offers two items which you the user can tap, and reveal an unique result.

  13. Hidden Object - A JPEG/APNG based template, it offers a background where you can hide your objects, and up to three images that you can overlay over the hidden objects, which will appear once they are clicked.

  14. Uncover Object - A JPEG/APNG based template, which requires no video for its background. It offers up to three items which you can uncover with an image, in order to expose what is hiding in the background image,

  15. JPEG End Card - The template, has the same functionality as the End Card Overlay template, but it offers a static background rather than a video

  16. End Card Overlay - A video or image overlaid by a static end card.

  17. Static End Card - A simple one-click playable, where you can overlay an end card on top of a repeating video or image.
